Growing Food from Kitchen Scraps

Growing food and eating nutritionally is all about taking baby steps toward creating change. Can we grow food from our kitchen scraps? This week I started an experiment beginning with Lettuce, Avacado, and Celery.

I simply put the roots of my kitchen scraps into water. I will check them in 5-7 days and transfer in soil. Stay tuned.

Can’t wait to add a Green Onion, Mint, Basil, and Cloves.
