I love the idea of a floor surface, and am considering pea gravel or mulch. I have small ones who need a flat surface. I am also planning to use levels, and have started to scout materials. This is going to be so much fun!
Yea! Love that you are getting excited! You will find when adding levels to your Mud Kitchen the options for children’s play will increase. Have fun!
My area is going to need levels. I am excited to add the element of levels to the mud kitchen.
This makes all the difference! Levels provide additional opportunities for the children to explore the space. Have fun!
I think some thought need to go into the floor of mud kitchen. There is very little drainage. I love the pallet flooring in a Pinterst post. Bringing in rocks would be helpful as well. We do have a perennial garden nearby but a planter of herbs would be a nice addition.
A pallet floor sounds great. Love your ideas.
