Discovering the JAM virtual Engineering course called, “Invent Your Own Machines.” I loved watching my son William at work his own designs. These activities also got me thinking of all the “simple machines” we can create in our Outdor Classrooms Learning Lab. Can’t wait!!

I love working on my vision board. This year I am simply adding to it when I feel inspired. My mantra word this year is ONWARD. I love how it is turning out and how it inspires me quietly. Do you have a mantra word or a vision board for your Outdoor Classoom?

With my son on school vacation, there have been many fabulous walks these past 2 weeks. One of my favorites is the Agassiz Rock Reservation. Love spending this time with him, exploring and anticipating Spring.

Oh my goodness! I am having such a good time with my NEW bigger indoor compost bin! Today I turned the soil and said hello to my wiggly friends. Can you see them? I moistened the leaves and added some apples. I love this project!
