My Early Morning Walk

J.C. Philips Nature Preserve, Beverly/Wenham, MA

March 21, 2017

Do you ever have days when you sit down and get ready to work at your desk but end up feeling rattled and unfocused? Do you ever wish you could venture out for a quick walk in the woods to recharge and get centered? What about children? Do you think they ever feel this way? What if we began each day with an early morning walk. Today I am sharing one of my favorite walks at the J.C. Philips Nature Preserve.

A new season and a new path….

It always amazes me how a morning walk can be the blessing of the day. Thankyou Thoreau.

Now I want to hear from you. Where did you take a walk today? What did you find? Who did you see? Share in the comments below.

Happy Spring!
