5 Things that made me smile this week!

Garden Journal

Welcome to My Friday Five! A Garden Journal of things that made me smile this week.

2. Loving my Gratitude Jar. Each day I add one thing that I am grateful for. I add funny things the kids say, acts of kindness or something I thankful for. Today it was my Gratitude Jar that made me smile. It sits on my kitchen counter. On New Years Eve, I will open my jar and read all the notes as a reflection exercise.

3. Preparing for my workshop at the School Garden Conference and making a NEW sample tarp for one of my Curriculum-on-the-go kits. I love the idea of adding math concepts to a tarp.

A seasons-change, afternoon walk in the woods, with my daughter and our dog Ollie. It was a warm day with the snow melting. Spring is in the air. We are so fortunate to be walking distance to the woods.
